Description
The Spanish multinational contact centre company Konecta opens a new call centre in Camas (Sevilla), creating 400 new jobs. Konecta has expanded largely not only in Spain (providing customer service to big companies as Inditex) but worlwide, with a presence in Europe, Africa and central America.
In Spain the firm currently counts 29 centres and 16,000 employees. This expansion comes after Konecta acquired the Galician call centre company Sum Talk, which provides services to companies in the retail sector such as the Spanish fashion multinational Inditex, among other large clients such as Abanca and Metlife.
