Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The business process outsourcing company CSP Customer Services Polska announced that it plans to create about 30 full-time jobs in 2020, at its second office in Szczecin, Poland. The company has just opened a new office space in the city and attempts to hire professionals fluent in German.
CSP Customer Services Polska is a part of Adecco Group, the world’s largest Human Resources provider and temporary staffing company. CSP was founded in 2006; the company provides comprehensive outsourcing services for companies operating in industries such as energy, banking, automotive, telecommunications or e-commerce.
