Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Rocket Software, the US company engaged in software development, has opened a new development centre in Vilnius and intends to hire more than 200 engineers and programmers in Vilnius over the next 2-3 years. The new centre was officially opened in Vilnius on 13 January 2020. The company is currently looking for software engineers, senior director and office administrator.
Currently Rocket Software employs approximately 1,500 employees in different countries of the world, with various centres located in Europe, Asia, and Australia. The company develops products in such fields as analytics, networks, data, storage, and enterprise software. It specialises in Z Systems, Power Systems, and Database & Connectivity, and helps the customers leverage open source, cloud, and artificial intelligence.
