Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The IT firm Celad has announced to recruit 170 employees in its different sites in France (Clermont-Ferrand, Toulouse, Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Rennes, Aix, Sophia-Antipolis, Bordeaux, Strasbourg). The company recruits only engineers and employs 1,200 people in France (as of 2018). The company is looking for JAVA/JEE, .NET/C#, PHP, JAVA/RCP, Embedded Systems, Electronics, Systems and Network Engineers. Two previous recruitment took place in previous years: 165 employees in 2017 and 170 in 2018.
