Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The American outsourcing solutions provider Computer Generated Solutions Romania announced it would create 600 new jobs by the end of 2022, at its new centre in Constanta (Constanta County). The main services provided by CGS Romania are customer care, helpdesk and technical support and sales for telecoms, IT and financial services companies.
Computer Generated Solutions Romania currently employs 4,000 workers in Romania.
The US Company is one of the world's leading providers of business process outsourcing solutions, which has been in the Romanian market since 2006. The company provides services locally in 18 foreign languages, with seven support centres in Bucharest, Brasov, Sibiu, Targu-Jiu, Miercurea Ciuc, Galati and now Constanta.
