Mahle Electric Drives Slovenija, a car electronics manufacturer, will open more than 100 jobs next year for the increased production of electric drive systems and the new production of engine cooling systems. The company, the former Iskra Avtoelektrika, was bought by the German group Mahle in 2014. It manufactures products for the automotive and mobile hydraulics industries (alternators, starter motors, integrated flywheel starters, mechatronics, electric motors, electronic controllers etc.), supplying producers of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural and industrial machinery.
