Following the expansion of its manufacture of hi-tech products for the car industry, Hidria plans to hire more than 150 people. The company has closed a contract, worth €300 million, for the 2021-2030 period. It will deliver stators and rotors for the new hybrid and electric vehicles, innovative solutions developed by the company's engineers in cooperation with the National Institute of Chemistry and the Slovenian company Jutronic. BMW and Daimler will start installing their stators and rotors in their vehicles in 2021. The company now employs 2,400 employees.
