Description
Security systems company Securitas Direct announced the allocation of €30 million over the next three years to its second headquarters, located in the World Trade Centre of Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona). The company has just opened the facilities with 450 workers and will hire for 550 additional positions in order to reach the target of 1,000 employees in Cornellà.
The Cornellà workforce will work in collaboration with the Madrid team to handle more than 16 million annual alarms. The company states that the new facilities allow them to consolidate their presence in Catalonia (where 25% of its clients are based) and to be close to CaixaBank (one of its partners).
