Description
Industrial locking systems manufacturing company Southco announced the opening of a new plant in Tajęcina near Rzeszów. The business expansion is expected to create 180 new job positions within the next few years. With an area of 5,600 square metres, the plant already has a workforce of around 70 employees, which is ultimately planned to reach an employment level of 500 people.
Founded in 1899, currently a subsidiary of TouchPoint, the company produces locking systems, including locks, latches, hinges and handles, for the automotive, construction, medical equipment, telecommunications and IT industries.
