Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
IT company ING Tech Poland announced its plans to create 150 new job positions for its new unit in Warsaw. The business expansion is planned to be carried out by the end of 2020. The new centre will specialize in projects regarding data science, credit risk modelling, market risk modelling and validation of risk models.
Founded in 2003 as a subsidiary of ING Group, the company provided a wide range of IT services to banking branches, including IT safety, hosting, remote and application services. It has another unit in Katowice with a workforce of around 1,000 employees.
