Call Centre business CC33 is creating 200 new positions following the award of two major contracts. The new jobs will be added to the company's sites in Sheffield and in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. A recruitment company has already been engaged and the jobs are expected to be filled within a two-month period. CC33 has clients across many sectors and markets as a leading provider of outsourced customer, sales and marketing services. The business clients of the company have the possibility of monitoring the communication between customers and call agents in order to provide information and feedback.
The employees are paid monthly, at a higher rate than the industry standard.
