Meal box distributor Gousto has announced creation of 700 new positions over the next three years in the United Kingdom. The firm, which specialises in meal kit deliveries directly to customer's door, currently employs 500 workers. The significant expansion is funded by Perwyn, which has provided GBP 30 million (€35 million as at 17 October 2019) for the investment. The new positions will be split across two sites, 400 jobs are going to be created at the distribution centre in Spalding, Lincolnshire and 300 jobs at the headquarters of the company in London. The jobs will support the development of the firm's technology and ordering system, and will be more adaptive to customers' needs.
