German discount supermarket chain Lidl has announced that it will create 1,000 additional jobs at its units across Poland in near future. The company has launched a recruitment campaign with a goal to demonstrate career opportunities for potential new employees. It consists of several 30-second films featuring the retailer's employees talking about working for Lidl. Among others, the company offers a wide range of educational, social and financial benefits. The company has also informed that salaries were raised by 9.2% in 2019. The monthly earnings start from PLN 3,100 (€715 as at 3 October 2019) gross for new employees and may go up to PLN 6,800 (€1,569) gross for manager positions.
