Landal Greenparks, a holiday park chain, is restructuring its headquarters (located at Leidschendam and Zwolle) at the end of 2019. Out of the 450 employees at the headquarters, 100 will be dismissed. The focus of the restructuring will focus the company on four geographical regions and the structure will be about less management and more in-depth knowledge. Landal Greenparks reported a profit of €22 million last year. The director of the company explained that the restructuring is necessary to allow for growth in the years to come. According to him, the goal is also to increase the number of parks by a few dozen in the coming years. The company also wants to invest in renovation of restaurants and bungalows.
Landal Greenparks operates around 85 holiday parks in Europe, 55 of which in the Netherlands.
