Description
German discount retailer Lidl has announced plans to expand its business in Lithuania; the company will create around 200 new jobs in Vilnius, Kaunas, Panevezys, Traku Voke and other country’s regions over the next few months. Lidl started its operations in Lithuania in 2016 and currently the company employs 2,051 employees. The company‘s turnover in fiscal year 2018 reached €368 million excluding VAT and was by 23.5% higher than in 2017. Currently the company owes 45 stores in Lithuania.
