Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The logistics service provider ID Logistics has announced that it will create 800 new jobs at its two new warehouses in Mszczonów and Rawa Mazowiecka. The units are expected to be launched in early 2020. The company is looking for storage staff, HR specialists, finance specialists, administrative staff, storage and transport operation specialists, shift leaders and managers.
ID Logistics has been operating in Poland for 11 years; the company has 8 logistics centres and employs 1,700 people across the country. A previous business expansion took place in November 2018, when 150 jobs were created.
