Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Contact centre services provider Konecta has opened a third centre in Lisbon. The centre is expected to employ 650 people in the near future. Among these positions, 250 employees will cover three floors to support Iberdrola in sales, customer service, social networks and digital channels. The new location joins two centers that the company already operates in Lisbon. Konecta is a Spanish leading multinational that globally employs over 65,000 people and is present in 10 countries.
