Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
IT company Talentsoft, a start-up created in 2007 and specialised in HR management software, has announced it will reinforce its workforce with 250 new recruits by summer 2020. The majority of the new jobs will be created in France (200) and 50 in other countries. One-third of the new employees recruited will be working in Nantes (Loire-Atlantique). With a turnover of €65 million in 2018, the company expects to have a turnover of about €100 million in a near future. The company has raised €45 million in January to speed up its developpment.
