Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
IT solutions company OpenSky is hiring 80 people over the next two years at its office in Naas, Co Kildare. This job expansion will double its workforce to 160. The new roles are in digital transformation consultants, software engineers, sales and marketing executives, and project and team leaders. OpenSky provides IT and consultancy managed solutions to public sector bodies. It works in artificial intelligence, robotics process automation and information intelligence. The company includes the Health Service Executive, the National Transport Authority, and the Department of Business Enterprise and Innovation as some of its clients.
