European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Industrial parcel and logistics company TSB opens a new center in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid. The investment of €15.5 million generates 170 new jobs. The new logistics center is added to the six directly-owned establishments: two in Madrid, two in Barcelona, one in Valencia and Bilbao each. Additionally, the company has 46 franchises available.
Operating for 52 years in the industry, the company predominantly focuses its activities in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and takes advantage of intermodal freight transport. The latter allowed the company to reduce CO2 emissions in 2018 by more than 2,000 kg from the previous year.
