Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Must, a company specialised in multi-service work for social housing, for individuals and professionals, has announced the recruitment of 400 employees within 5 years, to reach the threshold of 1,000 employees. The company trains apprentices and also works with associations that help people who are far from the labour market to help them with DIY services which could be difficult for these target group to undertake. The recruitments concern the 16 branches located in the Grand Est and Paris regions, as well as the head office in Heillecourt (Meurthe-et-Moselle).
