Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
SAP Romania, local subsidiary of the German business software solutions provider SAP SE, is to hire 100 IT specialists by the end of 2019. The new jobs will be created in all three centres held by the company in Romania, namely Bucharest, Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca. Over 600 companies in Romania use SAP business solutions. The company implements consultancy projects in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2017, the company also announced the creation of 100 jobs in Romania.
Founded in 2002, SAP Romania has a total workforce of 714 across its three centres – Bucharest, Timisoara (Timis County) and Cluj-Napoca (Cluj County).
