Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The data host and telecom operator Jaguar Network has announced the recruitment of 150 people over the next four years to support its growth in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, as well as €30 million investments. Jaguar Network, acquired by the Iliad group at the beginning of the year, wants to develop in the region. The company also acquired all the shares of the Lyon-based hosting company DCforData whose teams have been integrated into the Jaguar Network workforce. In addition to these hires, the company will invest for its growth in the region: €20 million in its IT platforms, and €10 million in its Lyon hosting infrastructure.
