Description
Finnish department store chain Stockmann has completed employer-employee negotiations, resulting in approximately 150 job reductions. Most of the job cuts will be carried out through dismissals. The number of sales personnel will not be affected.
Stockmann introduces a new organisational structure as of 1 July 2019. The company aims at savings of €40 million by spring 2021.
In 2017, Stockmann Group had some 7,360 employees globally and some 2,200 in Finland.
