Description
Retail giant Arcadia Group has announced plans to cut a further 170 jobs. The announcement comes only days after the group confirmed that a CVA would result in the closure of 50 stores with the loss of around 1,000 jobs. According to reports, the group has decided to make the structural changes to augment the changes brought about by the CVA. For staff, the decision came as something of a shock, as it had been assumed that the CVA would be sufficient to bring about a change in fortunes.
