Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The US-based software company Infor has announced that it will create 70 new jobs at its European Training Centre in Wrocław by the end of 2019. The company is looking for both IT specialists and candidates skilled in other fields such as knowledge of foreign languages, even if they do not have experience in this industry so far.
Infor develops and provides new cloud solutions. Globally, Infor employs 17,300 people in 170 countries. In Poland, the company has been operating since 2016; currently, the centre in Wrocław employs 330 people.
