European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The French regional insurance company Groupama d'Oc has announced to recruit 200 employees in 2019, including 50 recruited on work-study contracts. Groupama d'Oc, which belongs to the insurance group Groupama, has 1,700 employees serving 483,000 customers. Groupama d'Oc grew by 2.2% last year, with sales of €703 million. Growth was particularly strong in the automotive sector and in personal insurance (+20% in group insurance and +10% in 'life accident' coverage). In 2019, Groupama d'Oc wants to continue its growth and focus its efforts on quality of service. Groupama d'Oc is also due to implement a new business project in the autumn.
