Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The management of Ramery TP, the public works subsidiary of the Ramery group (3,000 employees), has announced the recruitment of 100 employees by 2025, mainly at its headquarter and in the Nord-Pas de Calais department. The company will organise a 'Ramery TP Tour' until the end of May which includes 7 stages from Amiens to Bruay via Nœux-les-Mines and Villeneuve d'Ascq. The profiles required include: surveyors, designers, evaluation technicians, site managers.
