The French call centre company Armatis has announced the creation of 100 jobs at its site in Caen (Calvados) by the end of June 2019. The site is specialised in the provision of call centre and customer services and currently employs 750 people. In 2015, Armatis announced plans to create 110 new jobs at the same site and also 100 new jobs at the same site in 2014 and 100 in 2012.
Armatis employs 10,000 people worldwide in 4 countries (France, Poland, Portugal and Turkey); 85% of the workers are employed on permanent employment contracts.
