Description

The international courier and express mail service provider DHL Supply Chain, a subsidiary of courier company DHL, has announced that it will create 1,000 new jobs at its units across Poland by the end of 2019. In January 2019, the company announced a separate restructuring event for the Sosnowiec unit, with the creation of 300 jobs. New employees will work at DHL’s logistics centres in Sosnowiec, Łódź, Gołuchów near Łódź and Poznań. The recruitment campaign with the famous Polish footballer Robert Lewandowski has started. The company is looking for forklift drivers, warehouse staff, team leaders as well as accounting, HR and IT specialists. DHL is a part of Deutsche Post DHL Group. Worldwide, DHL employs 360,000 people in 220 countries and regions. In Poland, DHL Supply Chain has been operating since 2002; currently, the company operates in 33 locations and employs over 3,000 people.
