Description
Pro2Air, a company specialised in the design, construction and maintenance of medical fluid, laboratory and industrial gas installations, has been liquidated. Pro2Air did not recover from the death of its founder Antoine Gaillard at the end of 2016 and the conflict which ensued between his heir, who had taken over the company, and the manager. Placed in receivership last February, the company had to face a liability of approximately €2.5 million. The 109 people employed by Pro2Air in the overseas departments of La Reunion and Mayotte as well as in the overseas territory of New Caledonia are now unemployed.
