Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The community platform specialisedin the sale of DIY and gardening products and services, ManoMano, has announced the recruitment of around 100 employees in Spain and France. The new recruits will join the Paris, Bordeaux and Barcelona offices. The positions sought are developers, data scientists and data engineers. ManoMano raised a further €110 million in funds. In total, the company has already raised €186 million in five years to ensure its development. The DIY platform, which has 370 employees in total (300 in France), is already present in France, Belgium, Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom.
