Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The American producer of personal care and consumer goods Procter & Gamble has announced that it will create 100 new jobs at its Gillette products factory in Łódź by the end of June 2019. The company is mainly looking for production staff and technicians. The source reports that special training for new employees will be provided.
The factory in Łódź, which has been operating since 2006, is the world biggest factory of Gillette products, and the second in Procter & Gamble group. The company employs nearly 1,200 people in the city.
