Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
American multinational software company Honeywell has announced that it will create 100 jobs at its new customer service office in Katowice by the end of 2019. The company is looking for experienced customer service specialists, managers and team trainers with knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, German, Italian, Norwegian and Dutch. The office will provide services to clients in Europe.
Honeywell provides a variety of commercial and consumer products, engineering services and aerospace systems. As of March 2019, Honeywell employs over 8,000 people in the region.
