Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Valencian company Power Electronics has announced plans to create 450 positions at its new plant in Lliria, Valencia. The company is looking for 400 production workers of mechanical or electrical assembly and 50 people for logistics positons. The jobs offered by Power Electronics are managed by the Valencian Employment and Training Service. The plant in Lliria will cover an area of more than 90,000 square metres.
A previous restructuring took place in 2018, when 100 jobs were created.
