The public Municipal Transport Company (EMT) of the city of València has announced plans to create 500 new positions for drivers in the coming years. With this initiative, EMT aims to respond to the new challenges in sustainable mobility. An external company will be responsible to run and evaluate the tests for the new employees, which will be held in April 2019. Since June 2015, EMT has offered employment to more than 300 people, mainly drivers, mechanics and administrative staff.
