Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Tech company Workhuman, formerly known as Globoforce, has announced plans to create 150 positions in Dublin, over the next three years. The new jobs are in technology, finance, HR, e-commerce and operations. The jobs expansion is on the back of a new €4 million investment.
As of February 2019, Workhuman employs 270 people at its headquarters in Dublin, and 500 worldwide. The company was founded in 1999 and includes LinkedIn, Proctor & Gamble, Symantec, Cisco, and The Hershey Company amongst its clients.
