Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Neo-Soft, an IT company, announced the recruitment of 450 employees in 2019, mainly in Paris and Rennes. Neo-Soft currently employs 1,150 people and had a turnover of €90 million in 2018. Its areas of expertise are consulting and project management, application domain, system infrastructures and cybersecurity. 80% of managers come from internal promotion. 100 jobs were created in 2016, and the same number in 2017. In 2018, it hired more than 200 people.
The company has an office in Tunis and one in Munich. It plans to set up in Madrid later this year and is planning to expand into England and Portugal.
