Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The consulting and audit firm Deloitte France has announced the recruitment of more than 2,500 people for the 2018-2019 fiscal year, including 450 in the Parisian region. Outside this region, Deloitte also recruits in Bordeaux, Lille, Marseille and Lyon. Of the 450 recruitments in the Parisian region, about 120 concern information technology and organisational transformation. The group will recruit new employees in equal number, half senior profiles and half junior profiles.
As of 31 May 2018, the Group increased its global workforce to 286,000 people (from 263,900 in the previous year), with revenues of USD 43.2 billion, up 11.3%. Two previous recruitment announcement were recorded in 2016-2017 (2,200 job creations) and in 2011 (1,000 job creations).
