European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The transport and logistics company Bils Deroo has announced 120 job creations at a new logistics site in Le Mans (Sarthe). This site, which belonged to the Carrefour retail group, was acquired by Bils Deroos' customer, the equipment brand of the Gifi house. The activity will start this spring. The site will be fully operational in a year's time, with 120 employees. In addition to the acquisition, an investment of nearly €5 million is planned to renovate the 70,000 square meters site.
