Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Insurance broker SFAM continues to grow and announces the recruitment of 1,000 employees in 2019. 400 positions are to be filled in Romans-sur-Isère (Drôme), 400 in Roanne (Loire) and 200 in Paris. Most of the hires will be on permanent contracts. The group achieved a turnover of €470 million in 2018. SFAM seeks to strengthen its teams and focuses its recruitment on call centre agents, sales representatives, administrative staff (legal assistant, claims manager, etc.), web developers, finance experts, HR staff.
