Description
Automotive company Visteon has announced plans to create 400 new positions at its research and development centre in Timisoara (Timis County) by 2020. The plant will focus on development of software for avionic and electrical systems for car producers such as Ford, Renault, Mazda, Nissan, Honda, PSA Peugeot Citroen, Jaguar Land Rover and others. It will also support the development of new technologies for self-contained and automated driving systems.
Globally, Visteon has a workforce of approximately 10,000 people across 19 countries.
