Description
PostNL and trade unions BVPP, CNV and VHP2 have reached an agreement on a new collective labour agreement for PostNL, which will result in the creation of 500 new positions. PostNL is looking for parcel deliverers in order to reduce the working load of its employees. PostNL will also offer permanent contracts to 200 employees on a fixed-term contract and wages will be raised in total about 3%. The largest trade union FNV will not sign the agreement, as it had much higher demands.
Previous restructuring took place in 2018, when 2,000 jobs were lost, while 1,600 were created.
