Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Public institution Senjorų namai "Pušelė“ providing residential care services is to create around 100 new jobs in Varena by the beginning of January 2021. The institution intends to set up a long-term care centre in Varena which will provide care services for elderly and disabled people. Around 20 jobs will be created during the first months in 2019; the number of employees should reach 100 by the beginning of January 2021. The center will be located in a former children's hospital. The investment in the centre will constitute around €350,000.
