Description
Saint Gobain Steel producer, the French producer of iron pipes and ductile iron pipes and fittings for water and sewage networks, announced the loss of 100 out of 285 jobs in Saarbrücken. Because of the difficult market conditions, the company decided to streamline its business operations and to move parts of the production process currently based in Saarbrücken across the border to its plant in Lothringia. A clear timelinehas not been released yet.
