Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Austrian based division of Dynatrace, an IT-specialist with a focus on providing software solutions for enterprise clouds, will open a new site in Hagenberg (Upper Austria) at the begining of January 2019. Up to 100 new employees will be hired At the new site during the upcoming year. The supply of graduates of the close by University of Applied Sciences are one reason why the location was chosen. The team in Hagenberg will focus on artificial intelligence to improve security in IT-systems and prevent attacks in real time.
Dynatrace has its main headquarter in Boston (US) and employes more than 1,800 people worldwide, amongst its clients are Apple, Deutsche Bahn, DHL and SAP.
