The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
VEON is a multinational telecommunication services company with their headquarters located in Amsterdam. Due to an internal restructuring around 100 tech-related employees in London and Amsterdam will be let go. Details about how many of those 100 jobs are located in Amsterdam have not been revealed. In addition, VEON is reducing the head office jobs by around 90 to reduce operating costs.
Around 40,000 people work worldwide for the group.
