Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Isagri, a privately owned French software company specialised in farming and rural business management software has announced the recruitment of 150 employees in France in 2019. The company will recruit 60 sales representatives that will work in the 13 French regions, 40 customer relationship managers, 40 IT developers and 10 support functions.
Isagri operates in 11 countries and has 2,000 employees worldwide including 150 in its subsidiaries abroad and 750 in its headquarter in Beauvais (Oise). In 2017, the group achieved a turnover of €160 million. Previous recruitment of 150 employees was recorded in January 2018 and a recruitment of 110 employees was recorded in 2017.
