Description
Pharmaceutical company Seqirus has announced plans to expand its UK operations. Two hundred new jobs will be added over the coming two years at the company's global headquarters in Maidenhead, where the company is in the process of moving into larger premises, and at the firm's manufacturing site in Liverpool. The new positions will take Seqirus's UK headcount to 1,100. It is also being reported that further jobs will be added to the company's global operations. Local and national politicians welcomed the news of the expansion and drew attention to the importance of the life sciences sector to the UK economy.
