Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
German outsourcing company Arvato CRM Solutions, a subsidiary of Arvato Poland, has announced plans to create 100 new positions at its unit in Poznań, Poland. The company is looking for candidates with good knowledge of foreign languages, especially German.
Arvato is a part of an international media corporation, Bertelsmann. Arvato has more than 7,000 employees in 22 countries. The company specialises in retail and electronic business, telecommunications, insurance, banking and health care sectors. Arvato CRM Solutions delivers customers services (call centre, back-office, telemarketing, logistics) in 27 countries and in 35 languages. Arvato Poland employs over 4,000 people in 15 locations across the country.
